Cotswold Way Cottage is a delightful period stone cottage with a fantastic valley view that would not look out of place in any oil painting. It has been lovingly decorated in a neutral style that allows the colour of the furnishings to shine and makes the most of the original beams and features. It really is a perfect property for a Cotswold stay. After enjoying one of the many fantastic walks in the area, you can warm yourselves next to the wood-burning stove within the open-plan living room and kitchen. At the rear of the cottage is a cosy snug and dining room and up the eye-catching stairs are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The village of Rodborough on the outskirts of Stroud is ideally situated for exploring the picturesque towns and villages of the area. Equidistant from Painswick and Nailsworth there are an array of independent shops, country pubs and attractions to explore during your stay. Stroud is easily reached and is a must-see with its award-winning weekly farmers’ market and waterside walks. Nearby footpaths lead out into the three commons of Rodborough, Minchinhampton and Selsley which provide spectacular Cotswold views, an ice cream parlour, and great kite flying conditions.
