Clean room, staff were friendly and happy to help when we needed extra towels and were were friendly when greeted for check in was child friendly the family room was a good size!! would recommend for people travelling on business or if you need a room for a few nights while some renovation work is being done which was the case for us, nice breakfast hot and cold it was COVID safe with everything individually rapped which was nice to see.
