Last minute booking, I stay in multiple hotels each week and this was up there with some of the best. Room was great, the service also. Are in the bar which was very welcoming.

We are Debbie &amp; Joe and along with our family we are looking forward to welcoming you to the Cowpers Oak. We been at the helm of here since 2017, although Debbie has over 30 years’ experience in the hotel and hospitality industry and is really enjoying the challenge of running her own B&amp;B. Uniquely, the family members that you will meet, have grown up in a service environment and will go that extra mile to make your stay one to remember. Living on site means that we can quickly help you in an ‘out of hours’ emergency should the need arise. The Cowpers Oak is grade two listed and dates from the 1750’s (as far as we can tell). All our rooms are ensuite and contained within the original part of the building. The rooms are completely refurbished, but you can’t mistake the character of the old inn, especially in the comfortable main bar, where you can mix with the friendly locals. For a distinctive experience with a historical backdrop take afternoon tea at the Woburn Coffee House in the Orangery at Woburn Abbey. Advance booking essential.

The Cowpers Oak is a family run Pub, Inn and Kitchen. The main building which houses our bar dates back to the 1700’s. It serves a variety of draught ales in keeping with its past but with an extensive drinks menu to suit all needs. Our food is homemade, and our menu comprises Pub Classics, Chargrill and our speciality Smokehouse dishes. The Pub uses imported American smokers to deliver its unrivalled Smokehouse menu. Imagine yourself in the ‘Deep South’ We have 4 Deluxe soundproofed Double Rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, above the main building one. Three are equipped with King Size beds and one with twin beds. Facilities include TV, Wifi, Nespresso Coffee Machines and tea making facilities. Our sumptuous breakfast is served in our cosy restaurant from 7–9:00 on weekdays and 8-10 at weekends. We are flexible and experienced down to earth hosts and will do our utmost to make your stay with us hassle free and enjoyable. Please note that our Bar and Restaurant are not available on Monday evenings, alternative facilities can be found in the nearby town of Olney. Our location is central to the many activities in the area as we are on the border of Buckinghamshire, Northampton...

Weston Underwood is the very epitome of a typical stone and thatch English village. The Market Town of Olney is just 5 minutes away and full of character with individual shops, bars restaurants cafes and a market every Thursday. We are also gateway to many of 'Shires' finest from the historic Woburn Abbey and Castle Ashby, Newport Pagnell the home of Aston Martin to the bright lights of Milton Keynes with its well renowned shopping centre and entertainment hub. There is plenty to see & do.
