You walk into the lounge Then the dining room, kitchen, Bathroom, all downstairs The Kitchen is fully kitted. All plates, cutlery, glasses and knives are neatly tucked away in the kitchen cupboards. There are small appliances such as a microwave, toaster and kettle for your hot drinks. There's a fridge/freezer providing more than enough space for your food items. A washing machine is installed for you should you need it. There is a dining table for 4 people and a coffee table in the dining room. Also kitted with other appliances including a vacuum cleaner, and iron/ironing board black-out blinds have been installed for those needing a good night's sleep. There is a modern central heating system installed for those cold evenings when you want to snuggle up on the sofa.

A delightful and spacious property very close to Luton Town Centre. The property literally 5 min drive to Luton Shopping Mall & Luton Train Station which takes you to Kings Cross Station in 25 minutes. Message me with any questions you may have!
