A clean, modern & fully furnished 1-bedroom flat near Muswell Hill that includes living room & lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and small outside space - all fully equipped. The flat is the lower ground floor of a Victorian conversion building with its own separate entrance. Access to East Finchley tube station on the Northern line is 5 minutes walk with quick travel to central London in 30 minutes. Bus stop is right outside the flat that takes you directly to Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace.
I will usually be there in person at the flat to greet you and welcome you for check-in on the day you arrive. After that, I will be available by text, email, phone anytime when needed and will check in with you periodically if you are staying longer. I can also pop by in person if needed as well should any issues arise.
East Finchley is a lovely leafy green area, immediately north of Hampstead Heath and Highgate. It is well-connected to central London, and has lots of local amenities on the high street. Restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, shisha bars and supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Budgens and Iceland) are all within 5 minutes walk of the flat on East Finchley high road. There is also a Post Office branch on the high road that offers money changing and foreign currency services as well. The Phoenix Cinema is also located on East Finchley High Road, and regularly shows independent films. Time Out magazine describes it as the best single-screen cinema in London. The flat is also situated within walking distance to the trendy Muswell Hill area of north London, with loads of shops and restaurants, most of which maintain their historic character with original Edwardian facades. A short 10-minute ride away is Alexandra Palace (known locally as "Ally Pally") that hosts concerts and events throughout the year, as well as nearby Alexandra Park.
