Property info

At the entrance to the popular Drimsynie Holiday Village, this 4 bedroom detached holiday bungalow is in a prime location for a family & friends holiday. Views over the golf course to Loch Goil and the mountains of the Argyll Forest Park. Crann Mhor is the first house by the golf course as you arrive on Drimsynie Driveway. A few minutes walk to the leisure, dining and entertainment at the popular Drimsynie Holiday Village, as well as being close to the foot bridge over the River Goil for walking in to the village. A modern holiday bungalow sitting within an enclosed spacious garden. Parking for 4 cars. The deck area to the side of the house is the place to relax, socialise, watch the golfers and take in the loch & mountain views. A family friendly golf course, free fishing from the shores of the loch, boat hire (available locally), walking, cycling (bike hire available locally). A short walk to the local hotel and leisure centre will provide further activities including a 25m swimming pool, gym, sauna, table tennis, badminton etc. The leisure centre is open on a pay-as-you-go basis. Neighborhood info

Lochgoilhead sits at the head of the fjord type Loch Goil within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Considered to be one of the most scenic areas in beautiful Argyll. You approach the village via single track roads through Hells Glen or Glen Mhor. Easy to reach being just over one hour from Glasgow via the shores of Loch Lomond. The village has a Post Office/Shop and a Costcutter market. The Goil Inn is open for drinks and meals and, and has entertainment most weekends. Hire boats available. This is a superb walking area and is rich in wildlife. You can fish off the jetty, hire bikes locally, and use the leisure centre which has a 25m indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym on a pay as you go basis. A good base to explore Inveraray, Oban and Glencoe. If you are new to Scotland, this is Scotland of the travel posters.
