Breakfast was good,could do with yoghurt with my fruit salad which was delicious.I rushed to the co op and bought one tub.
The location of the breakfast room was perfectly situated looking down onto the harbour. Room was spotless and close to the car park.

Food was excellent, view from breakfast room was lovely, bed was huge, coffee bags and refreshments available, even gin and tonic supplied as an assumed complimentary. Great building, lovely staff, I would visit again just for the staff, they were so accommodating.

A combination of a lot of things, the history, the beach, the pubs , the location... these are all good things. Wetherspoons and the little Angel pub are favourites of ours. A last minute trip to Whitby for Goth Weekend. Absolutely fabulous and our lovely accommodation made it all the more worthwhile. Beautiful fishing town, very friendly locals and lots of quirky shops and great places to eat.

Of course there is the link for Goth and Steampunk weekends, our main reason for revisiting, but the town, sites, people and the Abbey are there all year round - well worth a visit at any time of year. Whitby is our favourite place & we go several times a year. There are some lovely eating places, bars & coffee shops {the flat white coffee in Coopers is the best). The noise from the pub below did not bother us in the slightest, the bar staff are lovely and the pub has a great atmosphere! The room was small but clean & the bed was comfy. There is a private car park at the back of the building which is a rarity in Whitby! I will definitely book the Buck again, thanks for a great weekend!

It meant me and my friend could pop back for snacks and changes of clothes as the weather changed over the weekend (which it does in Whitby) Will try to stay again if it is available. The apartment also has a great view of the Abbey! The Master bedroom is like something out of a boutique hotel with a very comfortable bed and high quality bedding! Didnt want to get up in the morning!
