Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking. Set in a peaceful area of the Hoburne Cotswold park is this beautifully equipped mobile home within a few minutes' walk to the main park entertainment area and lakes. Fully equipped for a luxury stay and complete with Hot Tub We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player in the lounge and TVs in all bedrooms. Table and chairs inside for a cozy family meal. There are 3 bedrooms - one with a Double bed and plenty of storage space. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space. The Master bedroom has an ensuite toilet plus there is an additional family shower room off the hallway. The private hot tub is positioned on the decking

The Cotswold Water Park - One of the fastest growing tourist areas in the UK, the Cotswold Water Park has for a long time been a best-kept secret and it seems that the secret is out and it is now becoming a major tourist destination! South of Cirencester and north of Swindon the Cotswold Water Park covers just over 40 square miles. The whole area which is made up of 150 different lakes, a series of lovely old Cotswold villages, and the infant Thames is a haven for a wonderful array of wildlife and leisure activities. IMPORTANT NOTICE Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024. The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024. During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available. Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows. The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development. During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment. We are working with local places to offer guests discounts suck as local pools etc – more info will be given after booking
