Dartmouth House is a comfortable holiday home that has been perfectly set up to ensure that you and your family will have a wonderful time on your seaside holiday. A stay at Dartmouth House can accommodate up to seven guests in four bedrooms, three bathrooms, open plan living area and a newly fitted kitchen. In addition to this, there is also a small office area in the hallway. Dartmouth House has an enclosed tiered garden that surrounds the property on three sides, and offers a private tired patio and lawned area with a picnic table and charcoal barbecue. The spacious driveway offers off-road parking for up to four cars. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognised trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (+admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver, with both covering you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Totland Bay, a beautiful beach with soft sand and pebbles and stunning turquoise waters, and under a 6 minute’s walk from Dartmouth House. Located in the bay, The Waterfront has a Mediterranean menu and is one of the most popular pubs in the area. The beautiful town of Totland is a great place to go for a meal by the sea or to watch the sunset while you walk.
