Our property is a spacious high end family home, it is equipped with a fantastic bespoke kitchen with a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee machines , an Instant filtered boiling water& chilled water tap. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a lovely large dining table and breakfast bar to enjoy mealtimes together. The large snug and kids playroom are both equipped with a flat screen tv with SKY TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole house. There are 4 spacious bedrooms comprising of: 2 doubles both with ensuite bathrooms, and 2 singles and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a 4th shower room . if required we can twin the single bedrooms. The patio is accessed via 2 large sets of bi-folding doors and the spacious patio is equipped with patio table and chairs and the use of a BBQ& Smoker. There is also trampoline for the kids (to be used at your own risk) Private off-road parking is available on our drive for up to 4 vehicles.
We are a family with 2 young children, we have lived in the village for a number of years and enjoy all that Devon has to offer
Chulmleigh is a historic hilltop town but has the feel of a small quiet village set in the roling hills of Devon. The village offers a good range of local shops and Pubs, there are many footpaths for loverly country walks and a 18 hole short golf course.
