Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. This stylish ground floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 super king rooms, the beds can also be split to make 6 singles. Attractive and modern with a large open plan kitchen and lounge, it's perfect for your stay away from home. Free parking for several cars directly outside. The property is 15 mins walk to town centre and supermarket, 20 mins to Old Course, 20 mins to the beach. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - 3 double bedrooms (2 are ensuite). 1 additional family bathroom. Perfect for guests with mobility requirements. Access out to the gardens from 2 separate patio doors (lounge and master bedroom to rear). The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre-Arrival: When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
