So friendly, so accommodating and kind. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. Tea and coffee facilities are extra special - real milk, not long life stuff, in your own little fridge, delicious home made flapjacks. Probably the best breakfast I've had. Huw cures his own sausages and bacon. The preserves are homemade and delicious. Fresh orange juice. No tinned fruit, thank goodness. The kitchen where you have breakfast is homely and comfortable with a logburner and Classic FM is gently playing in the background. Super close to the centre too.

Company info

Huw and I have been in the hospitality business for more than 50yrs. we have vast experience of running B&B's having had 6 letting rooms in the previous business, its something we love doing, and we feel we do it very well! We use local produce for our breakfasts wherever possible. Huw and I are very happy to help you with any information you require on where to go and what to do during your stay with us. We do own a very friendly dog called Monty.

Property info

Devonshire Terrace is situated in a lovely area of Truro, it is only a 10min walk into the city centre, with lots of great pubs and restaurants, its also very close to the coast, St Agnes being the closest beach. We have a lovely courtyard garden where you are very welcome to sit, and on fine days you can have your breakfast out there. We only have one bedroom, it is at the back of the house over looking the garden, so private and quiet.

Neighborhood info

A Lovely Victorian end of terrace house, 10mins leisurely walk to centre of city, and Hall for Cornwall. It is also close to the lovely Idless woods.
