We have houses in St Andrews, Crail, and Kingsbarns; from cosy rural retreats to townhouses there is something to suit all pockets and tastes. We started with only 2 properties 30 years ago and have grown over the years to become one of the largest independent holiday let companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk, with over 50 lovely properties to let. We offer some of the most desirable accommodation in the area and unrivalled flexibility and service.

Sleeps 8 guests A luxurious new addition to the Kingask portfolio; Double Green House is an exquisitely fully renovated ‘double upper’ apartment, situated a mere 2-minute walk to the prestigious Old Course and Royal and Ancient clubhouse, on Playfair Terrace.

Neighborhood info

The keys can be collected from the property itself, as there is is a lockbox where the keys are stored. We will be in touch within the week prior to your arrival with directions to the property and a code to gain access to the lockbox. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.
