Property info

This lovely house is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in a prominent area of Carlisle. It boasts 2 spacious double rooms, modern bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and spacious living room with dining table. A great location to enjoy the proximity to the city centre, shops, restaurants, etc. that provide all the elements for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor that can be set as either King beds or 2 single beds. Each room has space for storing personal items as well as 2 large bedside tables with drawers, a bedside lamp and unique decorative furnishings. Downstairs you'll find a modern full bathroom. Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and sink for dishes. All the cutlery and crockery you will need are provided for and in the dining area there is a fold away table and chairs for relaxed meals and socialising. The lounge is a decent size with a large sofa and a comfy chair in front of a Smart TV with access to Netflix.

Neighborhood info

Guests have access to the entire house and patio area to the rear. The house does not have a driveway or garage but there's plenty of on street parking outside and within a block or so. Parking is free overnight and then you must use a parking disc to get 1 hour free during 8am-6pm during the day. Parking discs are available in the house. Cumberland Infirmary is only a 5 minute walk away, ideal for anyone visiting or working in the area. The property is also very close the centre of Carlisle town, with its resturants, shops and places of interest. There is a staircase leading from the living room to a landing on the first floor.
