#### STUNNING CONTEMPORARY HOUSE ON PEAKS OF BELSTEAD HILLS #### This unique place has a style all its own. It's a 3 bedroom 2 story house that would comfortably accommodate 4 adults in its 2 bedrooms with a large study. A single sofa bed is available upon request for those with children.

I am a workaholic and if I have any spare time I'd like to spend it converting my old van into a camper. Ipswich football stadium and train station are both only 5 minutes drive, with town centre only about 7 minutes and regular bus routes (no.12) literally outside the house. There is a beautiful Bourne Park nearby, which is perfect for picnics and walks with stunning views of the iconic Orwell Bridge. The coastal towns of Southwold, Lowestoft, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe are within a comfortable 20 - 45 minutes drive.
