The house benefits from Games room with pool table, table tennis, 75" ambilight TV with sound bar and Netflix Lounge/Dining room with solid oak table for 14, sofas and ambilight TV 5 Ensuite bedrooms plus a mezzanine suite with super king bed, own lounge area with TV, DVD and Wii games console, separate bath and shower rooms. The suite lounge can be converted to a 7th bedroom with sofa bed and single bed to sleep up to 14. Kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast area seating a further 8 people. Light and airy conservatory with kids games table. Rear garden with bbq and outdoor seating for 14, football goal post and Swingball. A fully lockable garage for storing bikes and private parking. Whilst we are delighted to accept bookings for gatherings of family and/or friends, we are sorry, but we are unable to accept wild parties/events such as hen and stag groups, 18th and 21st birthdays, wedding events and similar. Please note that we do not allow visitors into the property, only those booked within the travelling party are permitted. BOOKINGS MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
I am a Mum of 4 and enjoy hosting and the hospitality sector. We know as a family how much a lovely holiday makes wonderful life memories and I enjoy helping others to make those memories, by offering this beautiful house for holiday rental. I love animals and have a Goldendoodle dog called Ruby. Pets can be an important part of family life and I enjoy being able to offer a pet friendly property.
There is an abundance of things to do within Callander and the surrounding areas. The property is very close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the heart of Callander. On the doorstep are beautiful walks and cycle routes. Loch Katrine, Deanston Whiskey Distillery, Stirling Castle, Doune Castle and Loch Lomond are all within a short drive. As are Blairdrummond Safari Park and Briarlands, for fun filled family days out. Glasgow and Edinburgh can be reached by car in just over an hour.
