Featuring 2 double bedrooms and a stunning living room, the property has been tastefully decorated and has comfy beds! The property is minutes from the City Centre, University, Park Lane Bus and Metro Station, popular shops, bars and restaurants and the renowned Empire Theatre. The Royal Hospital is 5 mins away. This lovely bungalow has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 2 double bedrooms to sleep 4. The living room benefits from a smart TV and ample space for relaxing or having friends around. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer. Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This property will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital, Empire Theatre and university. There is a metro stop literally minutes away and plenty of local shops and supermarkets on your doorstep.
