This beautifully converted 16th century building located in the heart of Colchester Town and walking distance to a selection of shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Notice : Music played in the Function Venue below on Friday & Saturday nights until 12:30 approx Located on Colchester's East Hill and a 2 minute walk to the town center, this quirky duplex apartment is perfect for those wishing to be close to local amenities etc. The apartment is spread across two floors with a spiral staircase leading to the upper bedroom and bathroom. with wooden beams across the ceilings and modern decor give the apartment a very cozy feel, perfect for groups. NOTICE: Music is played in the bar below on weekends until 12 am Free Wifi Walking distance to bars and clubs, shops, and historic sites Public car park 100 yards away and free on-street parking 6pm - 8am

We are situated in the heart of Colchester and located perfectly for easy access to the City Centre by foot to visit an array of beautiful historic buildings. Public transport links are within walking distance: Colchester Town railway station with links into London Liverpool Street and local & national express bus/coach stops on East Hill. The historic Colchester Castle, beautiful Castle Park and River are a 2 minute walk from the property as are shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Roman walls also an 8 min walk to the Roman Circus & 2 min walk to FirstSite Art exhibition centre & 4 mins to St Botolph’s Priory & 6 mins to St John’s Abbey Gate.
