About this property
The Embankment Hotel is in a beautiful location beside the Ouse River. Only a short walk from the center of town, this riverside setting overlooks quiet gardens and a Victorian bridge. The Embankment has a friendly pub and a dining area with a view of the Ouse. Food is served all day and drinks include real ales, wines and specialty coffees. On sunnier days you can sit outside with an afternoon cream tea. A short walk from the Embankment Hotel is the Bedford Museum, and the award-winning Cecil Higgins Art Gallery.
