We offer great value bed and breakfast accommodation in a friendly informal setting and provide tips and local information to help you get the best out of your stay. Close to the seafront our centrally located B & B provides a place where you can relax and enjoy all that Portsmouth has to offer. We offer bright comfortable rooms with free WiFi access and a delicious breakfast with homemade sourdough bread and fresh sea air. Portsmouth plays host to many family events on Southsea Common and Castle Field just a short walk away from our guest house. Main events include: The Americas Cup, The Victorious Festival, Heavy Horses, Food Festival, Multicultural Festival, Portsmouth Heritage Day, International Kite Festival and The Great South Run.

The Everley Guest House is just around the corner from the popular Albert Road area which has a great selection of restaurants, bars and award winning real ale pubs for your evening meal. The Kings Theatre and The Eastney Tavern are just a 10 minute walk away. We have an excellent bus service with a bus stop within a minutes walk from our B&B in Festing road. The No.1 bus will take you along the seafront to Southsea shopping centre (Palmerston road precinct), and then onto Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard. You will know when you reach Gunwharf Quays by the iconic Spinnaker Tower which rises high over the mouth of the harbour. On a clear day, from the top of the tower you can see for 23 miles! Parking is available in an air conditioned car park under Gunwharf Quays. Nearby at The Hard Interchange (bus terminus) you can take out of town buses, taxis & National Express/Grey Hound Coaches. At the rear of the terminus is The Hard (for Gosport Ferry) and Portsmouth Harbour train station (for trains to London & catamaran to the Isle of Wight)
