*Newly listed and refurbished* Fairview Cottage is a grade 2 listed 16th century farmhouse. It has been lovingly refurbished by my wife and I to provide the ultimate holiday cottage for family and friends to enjoy. The property can sleep 12 and sits on 0.5 acres of grounds with a large garden and courtyard/patio/outdoor kitchen, including a pizza oven and hot tub. 5 minutes from Alvechurch village with all local amenities. The cottage has excellent transport links.
My wife and I live 5 minutes from the farmhouse and will always pop up to help if you need anything or just to do an old-fashioned check-in. We are set up as a remote check-in so you can arrive anytime and the space is yours and you will not be disturbed (unless you need anything from us, in which case we will do our best to assist as quickly as we possibly can).
5 minutes from Alvechurch village with all local amenities. The cottage has excellent transport links. The cottage is only 5 mins from the M42 motorway, or if you are thinking of catching the train, the following stations are within 10 minutes and best for trains to: Alvechurch or Barnt Green - trains to Birmingham Bromsgrove - trains to Worcester The cottage is a great distance (roughly 45 minutes by car or train in some cases) from the following places and attractions: Birmingham (car or train) - The Bullring, The Sealife Centre, Lego Discovery Center, The Lickey Hills (10 minutes from the cottage); Worcester (car or train) - Historical Town Center, Worcester Cathedral, The Malvern Hills; Kidderminster (car) - West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley Railway, The Black Country Living Museum, The Wyre Forest; Warwick (car) - Warwick Castle, Historic Town Center; Stratford (car) - River Avon, The Butterfly Farm, The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Cotswolds.
