A really well equipped apartment. Lovely conservatory area and garden. Hosts kindly left a range of useful items including tea/coffee. Great communication, and plenty of information on arrival. Fab place for bird watching and walking.

Large Self Contained Deluxe Property • A suite of 6 rooms in a rural location in North Sheffield. Gated access for vehicles with entrance to free parking. Ample space for guests and hosts alike. • Access to the suite via private outside door with 24hr key safe access, leading to entrance hall and cloakroom. • Spacious lounge with television offering Freeview and Netflix. Large couch which easily converts to a substantial double sofa bed. • Shower, basin and toilet. • Bedroom with large Super King bed (can be re-configured to two twin beds if preferred) & built in wardrobes. • Separate kitchen diner with extensive facilities. Large kitchen table suitable for dining and ample room as a work station area. This then leads on to an attractive Sun lounge conservatory with easy chairs. • Free Wifi throughout. • Sleeps maximum 2+2 • This is an entirely private and separate suite for the exclusive use of our guests. Thoroughly and beautifully serviced after every departure. Annie works hard to ensure every guest opens the doors to an immaculate and clean suite.
Your hosts Bob and Annie live in the adjacent main house and will therefore be available for most of the time to welcome you and attend to any aspect of your stay should the need arise. Otherwise you will be left to relax in peace. Following careers spent running their own hotel and restaurant for over 25 years, they are now pleased to offer their private suite for guests to enjoy. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals and juices, as well as condiments, sauces and cookies, are provided as part of your welcome pack with our compliments. Now retired and with many interests including travel, fly fishing, and socialising with family and friends, they look forward to sharing their special bit of South Yorkshire with you.
The property, together with the main house, sits in 6 acres of gardens, orchard and fields, which are available, though access to the 2 fields may be compromised in the run up to, and over, haymaking. Miles of delightful woodland walks are accessible directly from the property for hikers and birdwatchers, and currently 46 separate species of birds have been seen in, or directly overhead from, the garden. Additionally the North Eastern area of the Peak District is only some 5 miles away (15 minutes by car) at Bradfield. With off road parking for up to 4 cars, whether you are visiting family and friends, attending a wedding, an event in the city, or simply here for business, the one level house provides an ideal base for visitors to the North Sheffield/South Yorkshire area. Junction 36 off the M1 is 5 minutes by car while the Arena, Meadowhall and Sheffield City centre are all less than 5 miles away. The local centres of Chapeltown and Ecclesfield are less than 2 miles away for the general amenities of shops, banks, post office and restaurants etc. More local pubs with dining facilities and a good selection of beers and drinks are a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll.
