Had a gorgeous week at the cottage, excellent value for money, fantastic location, lovely warm comfortable rooms with everything you need, including wifi, netflix, and even the added bonus of a beautiful garden sauna. The host was so warm and friendly, I hope to return sometime soon. Thank you Dee for being so welcoming, I wish you all the very best🙏🏼xx

Flat 1 is a splendid first-floor apartment resting in Ludgvan near Crowlas, Cornwall. Hosting one double bedroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a shared lawn with seating opposite the property and an enclosed garden at the back of the apartment. Flat 1 is a charming dwelling for enjoying a romantic getaway to explore all Cornwall has to offer, with exceptional sea views and easy access to surrounding areas. Please note: This property accepts pets - there is a charge of 35 per pet, per booking if bringing 2 or more. Please Note: If you require access to the Wood Fired Barrel Sauna or Cold Plunge during your stay, this can be made available upon request - please contact the property owner or Sykes to arrange this, you are also required to provide your own Kiln Dried Logs to power this (or purchase directly from the property owner).
