Very well equipped and comfortable. Furnished to a high standard and some nice touches such as milk, tea , coffee etc provided . Tucked away up a small lane behind some shops so very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and bathroom a nice size with bath and separate shower.

Located just a stone's throw from Connaught Avenue with its shops, bars and restaurants, and only a few hundred yards from the sandy beaches and Frinton's Golf, Tennis and cricket Clubs. Newly refurbished, The Cottage provides a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area, hall and wc all on the ground floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms can be found alongside a family bathroom with Bath, Shower and wc. Bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles to suit your requirements with our quality linens, towels and toiletries providing that feeling of hotel luxury Flat screen smart TV's are located in both bedrooms and the lounge with fast wifi provided throughout. Whilst we have no garden at present, for Summer stays we will be providing some outdoor seating/amenity space.
We have been hosting guests at Frinton Escapes' Studio Apartments since July 2018 and put a great deal of thought into our accommodation as hosts. We are thrilled that the experiences of our "Escapees" has been overwhelmingly positive with reviews complimenting us on many of the details provided from the beds and linens to the privacy of the location. We have endeavoured to continue these high standards with the inclusion of The Cottage which we hope provides a more flexible option for small groups or families. As local homeowners we are very proud of the living spaces we have created and wish for all our "Frinton Escapees" to continue to enjoy their often repeated visits to these charming hideaways.
Frinton is an unspoilt, traditional yet vibrant coastal town.. A variety of shops, bars and restaurants centrally located are surrounded by residential avenues and its famous Golf, Cricket and Tennis Clubs offer year-round hospitality and participation to visitors. Whether it's cosy Winter breaks by the sea or Summer enjoyment of the glorious sandy beaches, frinton will create lasting memories.
