This spacious Victorian town house is ideally centrally located in Margate with easy access to many attractions, but just a stone’s throw from the beach.. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed with Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With double bed with Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Second Floor: Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed with Smart TV. Bedroom 4: With twin beds with Smart TV. Bathroom: With slipper bath, walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Third floor: With Smart TV.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Built in the 1880s The Old Guesthouse has been in the same family for 75 years. Previously a traditional Margate guesthouse, it is ideally proportioned for a comfortable and stylish holiday experience, accommodating eight people comfortably with an extra two in the lovely loft room. Having closed as a guest house in the late 1980s, the house has been lavishly restored and renovated and now welcomes guests again for the first time in 2021. From 1945 until 1988, literally thousands of people used the house as the base for their family seaside holiday and the family are thrilled to be able to offer the house again as a perfect holiday retreat.
