This cottage has two bedrooms including a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Outside there is garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for up to three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.8 miles. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 9:30am. Goose Cottage is a fabulous choice for a Cornish holiday. There is due to be building work in the area during August, This will be away from the accommodation with separate access from the lane leading to Helland Barton Farm and the work area will be screened, Working hours have been agreed with the contractors between 9am and 4pm, For more information, please call the office
