This is a Brand New Build and you will be among the first guests to enjoy this beautiful 3 Bed Holiday Home by the Suffolk Broads. Inside the house has ample space for five people. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a coffee machine with complimentary biscuits. Enjoy the beautiful open plan kitchen diner over looking the stunning garden with a BBQ and outside seating area. The lounge provides a relaxing area with comfortable sofas where you can also watch movies on the Smart TV. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite and a king size bed with award winning Emma mattress. There are two further bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with a single bed. The 2 bedrooms share a modern bathrooms with a shower and bath. Two Free Car Parking Spaces available on the driveway. Our priority is the safety of all our guests. Rest assure, the house is professionally cleaned to the highest standard between each guests. Every surface is sanitized and cleaned. Disclaimer- This is a new housing estate with houses still being built close by. May cause noise during the daytime.

This beautiful Holiday Home is located on the boarder of Suffolk and Norfolk. You can enjoy both the Suffolk Beaches and the Norfolk broads all within a short drive. Great Yarmouth Sea Front has many attractions for all ages including: Pleasure Beach, Arcades, Hippodrome Circus, Bowling, Mini Golf, Quasar Laser Tag, Sea Life Centre, Merrivale Model Village, Joyland Children's Fun park and Time and Tide Museum all under a 30 minute drive away. Oulton Broad is a well known as a thriving centre for water sports, with powerboat racing, canoeing and its Thursday night speed boat racing. With its extensive water frontage and open views across the Broads, Nicholas Everitt Park is a jewel in the crown for Oulton Broad and offers scenic walks and a range of amenities, leisure facilities, beautiful gardens and attractions. There are tennis courts, a bowling green, toilets, putting green trampolines, a play area, boating lake and ponds. Head down to the park during the summer months and enjoy a concert from the Victorian Bandstand or on most Thursday evenings watch some of the world’s top drivers at the Power Boat Racing. The summer weekends are a great time to watch the yacht racing.
