Located on outskirts of Ipswich in a quiet residential area of Martlesham with easy access to A12 and A14. Martlesham has its own village shopping square and is also a walking distance from large Tesco extra, Aldi, Next and many other shops. It is near to BT offices at Adastral Park and Suffolk Constabullary. It has easy access to nearby beaches. The site is also a know site for WW2 operations and has a Control tower nearby. It has many pleasant walks in the area.
