Grandma's Honeycomb cottage is a cosy and charming bungalow set in a countryside location with its own private garden and seating area. It benefits from being in a south facing direction so has a bright and airy feel and captures the sun for most of the day. Access to the cottage is through large wrought iron gates from its own private parking space, with ample room for two cars. A graveled pathway lined with flower filled borders leads you to a rose covered archway and the front door. Once inside there is a large open plan living room and dining area with large, comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen tv with dvd player. The large kitchen area is well equipped with a granite worktop, a Rangemaster stove, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The main bedroom has a luxurious feel with its comfortable superking size bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The en-suite contains toilet, hand basin and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds which have full size single mattresses and across the hallway to the bathroom which contains another shower over a small bath.
After running The Cornish Bee Farm for over a decade, we have decided to have a change of direction and now offer guests the option of luxury holidays in either of our two holiday homes or three mobile homes. We ensure every stay is comfortable by offering spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation. Living on site means we are available for any arising issue or even advice on the local area but we respect privacy and will ensure guests enjoy their stay in peace and quiet.
Our holiday home is nestled in quiet, roaming countryside down a private road but two miles away, or a 5 minute drive, is Perranporth, which is a seaside resort town. It has miles of golden sand, The Watering Hole - Britain's only live music bar on the beach, shops, take-aways, cafes, golf club, horse riding, surf lessons and much, much more. Cornwall's capital, Truro is also a short drive away with its ancient cobbled streets, Gothic revival designed cathedral and cultural museum. Grandma's Honeycomb Cottage is close to the A30 which means travelling to any part of Cornwall is no hassle and exploring Cornwall's many attractions is no effort at all.
