The local area: 1930s terraced house on a cul de sac. Very quiet with little to no road traffic. Close to parks, walking distance to shops, gyms, a leisure center with a pool (and a kids pool), great gastro pub, cafes and restaurants Transport: 6 minutes walk from Sydenham station for trains to London Bridge, Croydon and tube to Canada Water for Jubilee line, white chapel for Elizabeth Line (to LHR) 5 minutes from buses to Beckenham, Crystal Palace and central london 24/7
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and peaceful and has a school at one end. There are no parties allowed and we ask that noise is kept to a minimum for the sake of our very lovely neighbors There is free on street parking but please note… this is a ‘school street’ which means you cannot drive there between 8.15 and 9.15 am or between 3pm and 4pm. The street is only c7 houses long so even if you have to park at the end of the road you will never walk far The house is located in the london ULEZ zone so if you are driving you may check your vehicle compliance online
