The property is situated in a prominent location within close proximity of Kingfisher Shopping Centre, which provides a variety of national retailers and banks. Redditch Train Station is located approximately 0.8 miles from the subject property, providing regular links into Birmingham City Centre and the surrounding areas. Birmingham City Centre is located approximately 16 miles from the property. The premises comprise of three self-contained apartments. Guests are able to access the apartments easily and the area is within close proximity to different shops nearby where they sale different products including take-aways.

The Apartment is within the Southcrest area of Redditch. Southcrest is a residential area of Redditch located on and to the south of Mount Pleasant, between the Town Centre and Headless Cross. It is one of the oldest areas of Redditch. Most of the older buildings date from the late Victorian era and include Southcrest Works, which have now been renovated into privately owned apartments.
