Although quite small, I loved the little cottage. We had everything we needed, but most of all we had the peace and tranquility that we are missing in London. Hanna, the landlady was a splendid and very helpful host. I will certainly go back again.

Delightfully small and tasteful one bedroom rural accommodation attached to the main residence . A place to escape to, not commercialised , nor with masses of facilities…a “get away from it all” type of place. A pleasant 20 minute undulating rural walk from Hartland village or 10 minute drive. Feel free to sit or roam outside. There is your own entrance hallway, small well equipped kitchen , bedroom with seating area, metal king size bed(against the wall on one side), bathroom with free standing bath. Bad WIFI ,4G good, plug sockets are not plentiful, 5 in total. 50 minute walk to the SW coastpath between Hartland Quay and Point( lifts for walkers) Please note, cheristow restaurant mentioned below 250yds away, closed several years ago,however Pattard restaurant is quite near and more eateries are in Hartland village and Hartland Quay. Bring wellies and a torch especially in winter.
Hi, I'm Anna & my husband is Jon and we live at Quincecote with our 2 children, and various animals. We have always lived in this area and have hosted guests for over 18years. We offer a small wing of Quincecote for self catering or Quincecote shepherds hut C/W bathroom in the hut ,set in its own garden. Both have a distant sea and countryside view. We are usually on site & happy to help or answer queries. We tend to be non intrusive to our guests , so do just knock on the door or phone or text. We look forward to meeting you soon.
Quiet on the whole, with animals, views and simple living. Hilly in places. Walking or car. There is a bus service in Hartland, a 20minute walk through woods and fields.... Can be muddy and roads pot holey. Happy to assist walkers with pick ups and drop offs.
