This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), the property reserves the right to collect up to £300 from the guest's Security deposit.

Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not permitted. Should there be sufficient evidence of such activity, Fantastic Apt near Regent's Park

reserves the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict the concerning guests. Any associated cost will be charged via your security deposit.

Please be mindful that loud noises during the nighttime hours are not permissible. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
