Thanks to the host, the sanitary conditions of this house are very good, the facilities are complete, the beds and bath towels are quite clean. Parking in the front garden is convenient. It takes about three to five minutes to walk to the train station, so convenient for those who travel by train. It takes 8 to 15 minutes walk or 2~3 minutes drive to the high street, which has supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

Enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway in this gorgeous two bed terraced holiday cottage located just 'inside the gates' in Frinton-On-Sea. Perfectly equipped in a fantastic location. This holiday house offers two double bedrooms with additional sofa bed option downstairs for extra guests. A fully fitted kitchen has all utensils, dishwasher, washer/dryer & large fridge-freezer. A cosy lounge & dining area with a beautiful garden to relax in & a BBQ provided for your use. Parking on front drive.
Always keen for an adventure and love to travel when possible, recently married & proud parents to a happy toddler. I love good food, growing your own, being eco conscious and socialising with friends . Within nature is where I’m happiest We value your privacy however Rachel our Co-Host is only down the road and will always be contactable throughout your stay for any help or assistance via phone or email. She will be able to assist with local information and will leave a 'guidebook' in the house and online, she also offers a 'concierge service' as an extra package so please enquire with her for more information. There is a lockbox available for convenience with self-check in.
Gulliver's Cottage is ideally located within short walking distance of the main road of shops, cafes & restaurants in Frinton-On-Sea, only a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Frinton beach and very close to Frinton Cricket, Tennis & Golf clubs. Conveniently positioned to access everything you'd need from a locals perspective of the town. Frinton itself is very popular in the summer with the beach being nominated as the 2nd best beach in the UK from the Times this summer. Walton & Clacton are close neighboring towns and both offer a more commercial beach town vibe with Piers & entertainment. If you're coming by train, Frinton station is only a few minutes walk from the house, you can escape from London to the beach in 1.5 hours.
