Excellent location close to Kent coastline, lots of interesting places to see in the area. Beautiful cottage, very clean excellent facilities. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The property is located on a working farm. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. Only dogs allowed at the property. There is open water in the property grounds. With the benefit of ground floor facilities, this lovely Grade II listed cottage is just 20 minutes from Canterbury.. Ground Floor: Beamed and tiled floors throughout. Living room: With electric coal-effect fire, Digibox TV, DVD player and CD player. Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, shower and toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 2: With double bed. Bedroom 3: With twin beds.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Garden with sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture. 21-acre grounds (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: Drainage dykes on adjacent farmland.. This lovingly restored detached Grade II listed cottage with Flemish gables lies close to the owners&rsquo; home at the top of a country lane, amid their 21-acre farm consisting of orchards. Many original features remain &ndash; and with wide doorways, ground floor bedroom and bathroom, wheelchair access is possible. The village of Preston-next-Wingham is a mile away and there are walks through the orchards to join the Saxon Shore Way. Canterbury is a 20-minute drive. Whitstable and Dover for trips to France are easily accessible. Golf locally. Sandwich, a 15-minute drive. Shop and pub 1 mile. Free WiFi
