Location, space and comfort. Very attentative host and more than welcoming. Angie provided replacement kettle and toaster as she felt they were not up to standard. Her son was also very nice, kind and helpfull when I had an issue with my car. Angie offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go.

Hi We liove on the bay and have lived here for over 10 years now. We love surfing kayaking anything on the sea to be honest! Angie runs a clinic attached to her home again next to the bay and can offer guests Beauty treatments Skincare Aesthetics Inch loss treatments Laser lipo fat freeze or just a realxing pamper massage or facials! We love living here and look forward to welcoming you to the bay and sharing our extensive knowledge of the area We live on site but our garden is now seperate from your holiday home you have your own patio area with dining suite hot outside shower and clothes line. We may need access to workshop in this area our kayak and outside shower when we visit the bay ourselves apart from that this is your own personal area! The photo shows sunbeds in our garden this area is now fenced off and so sunbeds are not accessable. We hope you enjoy our hideaway and amazing bay ! Please leave us feedback We have a friendly cockapoo Max but you wont see him as your area is seperate! you may see our 3 short haired british blue cats wandering around! All friendly except our old girl Poms the lilac one shes a grumpy old cat but the other 2 are lovely Henry and Casper

Beautifully finished inside and out, this holiday home can sleep 6 people with a kingsize doubloe bed in main suite 4 foot 6 sofa bed in lounge and 2 brand new bunk beds off dining area. This home offers outside space for dining, oustide shower and FREE parking all a stones throw from the magnificent Blue flag Botany Bay Guest access Parking is challenging at Botany bay but you have your own allocated parking space on our drive which is right next to the award winning Botany bay Please note we have now built a privacy entrance to the property so you have your own walkway and no access into owners ground
