The room was cozy and warm 🩵The room was small but felt like “ home”.. The aesthetics of the room was exceptional ❤️‍🔥. We can hear the ocean 🌊 while 🛌 bed.

Stunning views over the sea, a tranquil space filled with light and beautiful art from local artist's and the great pottery throw down contestants!. Set in the village of Sandgate, the cottage is 3 minutes walk to the stunning beach. Hideaway Cottage is 3 mins walk to the sea. This art filled 1800's fishermans cottage is a hidden gem off a sloped lane from the high street in Sandgate. Come and spend a tranquil time by the sea. The room has a sea view with beautiful velux windows streaming in the light with sea views. Wonderful for a romantic getaway or with kids, but also amazing for a single person! A dvd tv with many DVDs including kids films are available for you in the room. A travel cot is available or a mattress for kids or an additional adult. A stunning separate bathroom with a roll top clawfoot bath, hand held shower and original fireplace. Luxurious shower gel, hand soap and hand cream in the bathroom for your use.

It's so lovely to live 2 minutes from the sea. There are lovely places to eat the providence pub is dog freindly. John Dory for wine and some small plates, dogs allowed. Green spice for curry, dogs not allowed. For coffee and lovely crossiants, chesse toasties and cake its @mrwhippets at the corner of the street. Its great to sit outside the Boathouse by the sea and have one of their amaxing Mackrell sarnies and sometimes (most days really) an ice cream. Talking about ice cream the best place is Roka, they also do artisian pizza take away. The ship pub is good for a drink and the back bar is dog friendly. People are laid back here, must be the sea air and take the time to say Hi. From May till the end of September the beach is closed to dogs, but from the Sandgate castle there is a stretch they are allowed from towards folkestone, look fir the signs. But don't worry there is a walkway besides the beach you can go on together. A walk into folkestone takes half an hour taking in the Sea view and the leas park. My fav is the old buoy on tontine st, great food and beer! To the harbour arm for its many resturants and Rock Salt, Michelin starred, the pilot bar with djs at the weekend. Lots of art and wonderful shops on the old high St
