Located in a quiet hamlet near Broadwoodwidger in the county of Devon, Higher Kellacott Holiday Cottage is part of a smallholding, with sheep, geese and hens grazing in the fields. This luxury one bedroom cottage features a pretty sitting room with smart TV, with french windows onto the patio and a large bedroom with super kingsize bed. Free superfast broadband is included. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with separate bath, walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Free parking is also provided. Outside areas include a large sunny patio and private garden, making a perfect base for holidays and short breaks throughout the year. The cozy sitting room with cast iron stove and dining area also make it ideal for autumn breaks or a romantic weekend getaway. ONE SMALL TO MEDIUM, WELL BEHAVED DOG IS WELCOME, HOWEVER CHARGES DO APPLY. PLEASE CONFIRM SUITABILITY BEFORE BOOKING. Five minutes from the A30 gives excellent access to both Devon & Cornwall, with many Dartmoor walks within a 30 minute drive, or popular tourist attractions, including Tintagel, Boscastle and the South West Coast Path easily within reach. The charming stannary town of Tavistock, with its ever popular pannier market, is 30 minute drive through beautiful countryside, while the popular seaside town of Bude, with beaches and a seawater lido, is just 40 minutes away. The nearest airport is Exeter International Airport, 44 mi (45 minutes) from the Cottage. Guests at the property can enjoy a selection of home produce, table tennis on site or cycling in the surroundings.
