Highview house was fully refurbished for August 22.. This Edwardian Villa with stunning sea views offers a high standard of luxury and is perfect for celebrations and family get togethers. This is a perfect venue for a relaxed hen weekend, birthday celebration or just a traditional seaside holiday. Sleeps 14 people with 5.5 new bathrooms, a massive kitchen diner, 2 dishwashers, fully equipped with all the kitchenware, crockery etc you need. A large lounge plus separate TV room both with smart TVs give different viewing options, when you can drag yourself away from the beach. Garden access from the lounge and kitchen diner lead onto a large patio area with BBQ, hot tub and games room then onto a fully enclosed lawn so pet safe. The top floor has 2 x king sized bedrooms with stunning sea views (one with en-suite shower room and the other a sink), there is also a twin bedroom. The first floor has one further king sized bedroom also with en-suite shower room and sea view plus 2 triple rooms each with 3 single beds and one with an en-suite loo. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The ground floor has another shower room, handy after the beach or hot tub, lounge, TV room, kitchen diner, utility room and games room.
I have been visiting the seaside town of Mundesley since I was born as my mum is from this area. We lived in London and finally made the permanent move to Norfolk with our 3 boys 10 years ago. We live 30 mins from Mundesley. 10 years on I still feel like I am on a permanent holiday as I love living In this beautiful part of the country. I hope guests love it as much as we do! We live 30 minutes drive away so are close by if needed.
My family have been coming to Mundesley for years and have always loved the quaint village atmosphere and the spectacular Blue Flag beach. Safe for children to play in the waves and vast for dog walking. You can learn to surf with the surf school in summer or paddle board. There is so much to do in Mundesley without getting back in your car and plenty of other attractions a short drive away including the Norfolk Broads for sailing, Horsey for seal watching, Cromer for the pier and crabbing plus lots of walking opportunities and a cycling shop at the end of the road for hiring bikes. The beach is of course the main attraction, with miles and miles to walk. Its a short walk down a very quiet private road to the local park then a couple of minutes to the beach. There is plenty of parking outside the property and if you want to get around without driving there is the coast hopper bus which services the region and there is also a train station 10 minutes away that will take you to the beautiful and historic city of Norwich.
