There are three bedrooms in the cottage sleeping six guests, including two king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin (zip/link, can be double on request), served by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a lawn and patio garden with furniture and a stream flowing by. Choose Hill Brook Barn for the perfect stay in Lancashire. Note: There is a stream flowing through the garden which has a gate to reach, children must be supervised at all times. Please be advised: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this note there is a 100 charge for the use of the hot tub at this property
