Hollywood consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, and sitting area with Smart TV, plus first-floor sitting area with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, plus a ground-floor double and ground-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with patio, furniture, hot tub, and balcony with decking and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.3 miles or less, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Dolton is a small rural village in the heart of Devon's rolling countryside and offers a small selection of shops and pubs, making it the ideal place to stock up on any store cupboard essentials and maybe stop off for a refreshing pint or a bite to eat in a traditional English pub while you are here. Winding lanes, high hedgerows and a gentler pace of life characterise the area. The open tors of Dartmoor are a big attraction for nature lovers and walkers, while the hills of Exmoor and the surfing beaches are all a short but scenic drive away. Historic Torrington, home to RHS Rosemoor and an arts centre is within easy reach, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter with its Roman city walls, shopping centre, theatre and restaurants, makes a great day out.
