This is a brand new apartment is situated in Ebbsfleet Valley and is in a popular central location close to 2 train station and a bus stop . This amazing apartment has 2 large double bedrooms , an ensuite a family bathroom and a very big open plan lounge /diner kitchen with its own allocated parking. ouse Rules Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the apartment . No Smoking: Please no smoking inside the property . This includes the use of tobacco , cannabis , e – cigarette etc Wi-Fi Code: Enjoy fast internet connection, Please scan the picture frame to get connected Parking : There is an allocated parking spot for the apartment .Please only use the designated parking spot as other spots are reserved for apartment. THERMOSTAT: This is located at the right side of the door in the living room Garbage and Recycling: Please use a bin bag for all rubbish if needed. You can find one in the drawer next to the one under the sink. There is a bin room downstairs and bin code will provided for longer stay. Cleanliness: Please treat this space like your own home!
