Flat was easy to find, the place was pretty clean and had a really nice interior. Bed was also quite comfortable, good location for where I needed to be for work.

Make yourself at home in our quirky modern and cozy apartment in the heart of central Southsea Portsmouth! Featuring a very large and open living area with a huge and comfortable king size sofa bed, beautiful dining table, 55” inch smart TV and a fully equipt modern kitchen. The inviting hallway leads you to the cozy bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, dressing table, large and well lit wardrobe and another 50” smart TV. The modern bathroom includes a bath and shower perfect to unwind! High Speed WiFi Access Music can be loud on Friday and Saturday as you are on the strip and above bars this ends around 12/2am please be aware of this before booking. Perfect if you’re having a night out ! Hey thank you for your booking and welcome to my home :) On arrival you will find a key lock box located on the left of the entrance door. Please keep these safe and at the end of your stay place them back in the key lock box securely. Proceed up the stairs and through the door and the Flat Number is 2 Please do not disturb neighbours. Washing machine facilities can be found as you come up the first set of stairs. The code for the door is C1960X - the washing and dryer machine require coins per 20 minutes. If you have any questions please use this chat or text / phone and i will try my best to assist you. We hope you have a pleasant stay! Music can be loud on Friday and Saturday as you are on the strip and the flat is above a bar this ends around 12/2am please be aware of this before booking. Parking has Permits between 4:30pm / 6:30pm Parking is free around the area. I have parked in the permits all day and night and I’ve never had a ticket. So you can park wherever, just at you own risk. I would advise parking down these roads. Beautiful spacious modern apartment in the heart of Portsmouth - Southsea! Located in Albert road one of the most popular streets in Portsmouth surrounded by the best nightlife, restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment! Also only a 15 minute walk to Portsmouths top attractions and must dos; including Southsea Beach, Castle, Pier, Canoe lake, Historic Dockyard, Fair ground/arcades, museums, state of the art leisure centre, Gunwharf quays (shopping outlet) and the High street and Clubs!
