A recently refurbished holiday home located in the village of Holmside, Butterfly Cottage is ideally located to enjoy all that the North East has to offer, including Beamish Outdoor Museum and the cities of Newcastle and Durham. The property sleeps up to four guests across two ensuite bedrooms and has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, along with outdoor space. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
