This newly renovated terraced house sleeps up to three guests across two bedrooms and is within easy reach of Durham city centre, the University Hospital of North Durham, and the University of Durham. Expertly designed, this holiday home is perfect for those looking to enjoy the beauty of County Durham. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
