The cottage is beautiful, its nicely decorated, the rooms are a great size, there are two reception rooms and snug with piano, kitchen is well equipped and dining room big enough for all of us to sit and eat comfortably, 6 adults & 4 children. The bedrooms are big and beds are comfortable, one has ensuite, there are two other bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs toilet. There is also a mud room/dog wash by the door if you venture out and about and you need it, dog shampoo and towels provided! They really have thought of everything ❤️

The house was perfect, it is in a lovely location, very homely and beautiful inside and out. The hosts are extremely helpful and the neighbours were lovely and very friendly too! There is plenty of space and amazing log fires which were perfect over our Christmas stay. If you are looking to try new walks this location is ideal with lots of options and great views. The pictures do not do the size of this property justice, it’s very big and bedrooms/bathrooms are well spread out.

The communication we had from Joe was brilliant. The house is beautiful, really well kitted out, with kitchen supplies, a log burner, two living spaces and 6 cute bedrooms. A terrace/patio for warmer days. The house is in a beautiful setting in the Dales with nature around and How Stean Gorge nearby. Plenty of parking for 4/5 cars. Great heating with electronic thermostat. Price reasonable. We loved the home and had a lovely time

The house is in a stunning location and for a large family or group of people it is ideal. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the house has a number of different rooms to lounge away the hours. Would recommend this house to others especially if you want to get away from it all. There are a number of walks that you can do from the house and the gorge is only a five minute stroll from the cottage.

The cottage is beautiful inside and out. It easily accommodates 12 people as it has 6 stunning bedrooms, two sitting rooms and a huge kitchen table so we could all eat together. Cooking was easy as there is a massive hob and ovens. All the rooms were immaculately clean and the bedding was gorgeous! The rugs, lamps, pictures, ornaments and wood burners added to the atmosphere. The weather was warm so we sat out on the picnic benches for tea. How Stean Gorge is 5 minutes walk away and was perfect for a large family lunch in the cafe. We had an exciting time walking in the gorge and the cave. The walk we did on the Nidderdale Way had stunning views, ending up in a much needed pub!

Beautiful quiet location in the Yorkshire Dales. And around a 20 minute drive to Pately Bridge. Easy to collect the keys and good welcome email summarising the key things in the property. The cottage is very spacious with a great garden with lots of seating. Ideal for larger parties. BBQ and pizza oven also! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. But no salt/pepper/olive oil etc. I believe this was due to covid guidelines. The beds were incredibly comfy! And all the rooms were spacious. And the view was pretty spectacular. We would definitely come back to the cottage!
