Newly renovated one bedroom idyllic bright flat overlooking River Lea and Walthamstow Nature Reserve. Mid-century and modern furnishing's with home office set-up and a river view while you work! Underfloor heating throughout and 24inch Netflix / smart TV. The flat is surrounded by nature & at the end of a cul-de-sac so extremely quiet. It's a 10 min walk to Clapton Station, getting you into Liverpool street / central line in 12 mins. Also a lovely river walk down to Chatsworth Road. Springfield Park is directly across the street which takes you on some fantastic walks along the canal or across the river in the nature reserve. The flat is a 10 minute walk to Clapton overground which gets you into Liverpool St and the central line within 10 minutes. Springfield park is next to the flat offering more lovely walking opportunities, and Walthamstow Marshes and nature reserve directly opposite. Parking on the street is free after midday, please contact me if accessibility is an issue and I will try to help with visitor vouchers.
