This stunning family coastal terrace is a stone's throw away from the beachfront, with attention given to every detail. The main living room at the front of the house is a comfortable living space, with two large sofas and floor stools. The rear dining room has lots of space to chill, with a large birch dining table that seats 8. A log burner and large smart tv on the wall. Open up the bi-fold doors to a lovely tiled patio area, with a seating area and outside lights. Smart gallery style kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, cooker, and microwave, with ceramic bench top hob. Dishwasher and essential kitchenware. Access door to the outdoor garage space. Lots of storage space for food etc. The washing machine and dryer are located in the renovated garage space, with access to the rear back lane via an electric shutter. The hallway has three large built-in wardrobes. Shower bath, toilet sink, and wall mirror. Bed 1 - Large double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobes, and dressing table with large mirror. Bed 2 - Large double-day bed, bedside lamp, and wall mirror. Bed 3 - Four large adult-size cabin beds, wardrobe, and mirror.
Hello! We are very easy-going hosts, we are a young family and have lived in Whitley Bay for over 10 years. We greet our guests with a very warm welcome, however, we will leave you to enjoy your space. Our passion is to renovate properties which we have done quite a lot of over the years and are always looking for the next project. Joanne runs her own charity and I run a media and service accommodation business. We still love the coast and it is the ideal place for a holiday or short break.
The location is perfectly situated near the town of Whitley Bay with award-winning beaches, cafes, shops, and restaurants. You have easy access to the city centre of Newcastle, with the metro located 5 minutes walk from the house. The beach and Spanish City are also 5 minutes walk away. You will have access to the entire house. Guest access Access to the full house.
