Central, comfortable, nice size room, excellent price.

Comfortable , melenium river view , clean

The location of the hotel was fantastic! Very central and easy to navigate to and from the train station. I felt like I was in the middle of the action in Newcastle yet it was such a quiet spot to stay! Didn't hear any noise from outside the hotel the whole time I was there. The room was also a really generous size, bed was comfy, shower was huge and the water pressure super great. The staff at check-in and check-out were really friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend this spot for an affordable place to stay in Newcastle.

5 minutes walk to downtown. Views of the river and surrounding tourist attractions from our window.

Staff exceptional so friendly and willing to help.

Beautiful building; great location

Excellent location, room very good with lots of space

Central location. Close to bus train .

the hotel workers from those who cleaned the room to the workers on reception as well as the workers in the restaurant. All were friendly helpful and made my stay wonderful. Also the close proximity to the train station was a great help and it was just a 15 minute walk to the Eldon Square and the Newcastle library where I spent most of the days.

It was amazing! Such great service
