Property info

Kyle House is a modern property situated in southey, it is approximately 3.5 ml from meadowhall retail park, 4.8ml (15mins) from city centre, 4ml from the utilita Arena. Close proximity to shops, library, parks and leisure centres as well as the northern general hospital. The house consists of 3 rooms available for bookings, 2 space-saving rooms on the 2nd floor and one self contained living quarters on the 1st floor.

The property is located on a quiet crescent, it is very close to the local shops which include a chip shop, kebab shop, beauty salon, hairdressers and co-op. It is a minute walk to the main bus stop to town centre and hilsborough. There is also a local working mans club not too far from our lacation.
